Buy Bombas Socks to Give a Pair to the Homeless
Building better business now
What if every dollar you spent helped someone in need? Or benefitted the environment? This is the world Dave Heath, CEO and co-founder of Bombas, wants to live in. And we’re right there with him. Bombas was founded on a mission to serve - for every clothing item they sell they give one to the homeless. What if every business began to ask themselves what they could do to make the world a better place, so that consumers could make change every day simply by shopping for what they need? This is corporate social responsibility in action. Join us for our conversation with Dave who tells us the massive success story of Bombas. Dave believes Bombas has grown fast not just because of a great product, but because every day his employees go to work and change the world. Bombas has donated over 40 million items to the homeless, which makes us wonder what this world could look like if every business was like Bombas. Let’s support impact-driven businesses, and let's find out.
What you can do today
Visit Bombas online and consider purchasing a pair of socks or a t shirt (for both yourself, and for someone in need!)
Consider what you have that could be donated to a local homeless shelter to support Bombas’ mission of clothing the homeless community, or consider buying a new pack of socks, underwear, undershirts, or other clothing to donate brand new items for those in need. Do a quick Google search to find a shelter close to you, and make the delivery yourself if possible - as Dave says, “Get close to the problem.”
